Our Accelerated Training System™ includes 5 stages that include: Professional Culinary Arts I & II, Cold Cuisine Techniques, Baking and Pastry Techniques, Advanced Professional Culinary Arts and an Externship.
Q. How long will it take to complete the program? A. With our Accelerated Training System™, you can complete your training at our culinary arts school in as few as 30 weeks and graduate with your Professional Culinary Arts Diploma!
Q. Do you offer financial aid? A. Financial aid is available for those who qualify. The majority of our students rely on some form of financial aid. Applying for financial aid is easier than it seems. Our Financial Aid Representatives will help you through this process to help structure a program to fit your needs. Q. How does the enrollment process work? A. Application to our culinary arts school is easy. Just click the Enroll Online button and you'll be led through the entire process. At the point, you may also arrange for financial assistance. There is a $50 deposit* which is completely refundable if you decide not to attend class. Remember, your Admissions Representative is also available to walk you through the entire process. * Amount of deposit is subject to change. Q. What is the student to teacher ratio? A. Our classrooms are small, designed for an effective student / chef instructor teaching environment. Our ratio is 16:1 - students to instructor.
Q. What type of experience or credentials are necessary for admission? A. You must have a high school degree or equivalent. You must also take and pass the Wunderlic scholastics exam with a score of 13 or higher.
Q. What times during the day are classes offered? A. Classes are conveniently timed to fit within your particular lifestyle. We offer mornings (6am), afternoons (12:00pm) and evenings (6pm). Q. Do I have to participate in traditional classroom courses? A. No. Unlike with traditional culinary arts schools, when you attend Kitchen Academy you'll be in the kitchen receiving the training you need from Day One!

Q. Does the program include internships? A. Yes, the final track of our program includes a 6 week externship where you'll have the opportunity to apply your learned culinary and professional skills in the work environment.
